400m runs, box jumps, hang power cleans- MU AMRAP
3 rounds for the time:
Run 400m
15 Hang power cleans @ 60kg
15 Box jumps @ 24"
09:53 Rx'd wearing a 10kg weighted vest
Rest 30 minutes
3 sets of AMRAP Muscle ups, roughly 5 minutes rest in between.
