AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:
- 4 Handstand push ups
- 6 Kettlebell swings 32kg
- 10 Pistols (5 each leg)
I got 15 rounds + 2 pistols, Handstand push up mostly unbroken, KB swings unbroken but my back was in bits, pistols were pretty un tidy ecspecially my right leg.
