OPEN WOD 2
15 minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) of:
9 Deadlift 70kg
12 Crossfit Push ups (hand release at the bottom)
15 Box jumps (24 inch)
13 Rounds + 10 push ups as required. I did 3 extra push ups in round 10 lol!!
