10 Min AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) of:
- 30 Double unders
- 15 Power snatch 35kg
20 min rest then got talked into doing "CHELSEA"
With a running clock perform one round of CINDY on the minute every minute for 30 minutes.
CINDY 1 round = 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups and 15 Squats.
