- 72kg/158lb, 87kg/191lb, 100kg/220lb, 107kg/235lb
Back Squat: 5-5-5-3-1
- 87kg/191lb, 101kg/222lb, 107kg/235lb, 117kg/257lb, 122kg/269lb
Both lifts are under my PR, got to get back on the strength WODs but its hard with the limited equipment.
