A run to the top of the hill for the time. Roseberry topping stands at 1,049 feet/320m, it took me 17 minutes to run up it with a 35lb pack. At the top I did 100 KB swings 16kg KB, 100 Air squats and 100 Push ups; however I forgot to time this WOD!!! The terrain was really slippy in parts and my asics didnt quite meet the challenge hence me falling on my arse a few times, new footwear required!!!
