Hang power cleans, Thrusters and knees to elbow
For the time 10-1 Reps of:
Hang Power cleans 95lb
Thrusters 95lb
Knees to elbow
You basically do 10 reps of each, then 9 then 8 and so on until u finish. I did this in 09:04, again too many rest periods during the WOD!!!
