For the time:
- 100 Pull ups
- 100 Push ups
- 100 Sit ups
- 100 Air squats
15:21, Im still struggling with my pull ups, I managed 20 unbroken but on alot of my reps Im finding it hard to get to full arm extension because of the worry of my shoulder re-dislocating. I must get back on the physio band work to strengthen the rotator cuffs!!!
