Full rest before going back down to LEEDS CF tomorrow night.
I took my mate Andy Cornforth for the following WOD:
5 rounds for the time of:
- 5 Ring rows
- 10 Push ups
- 15 Kettlebell swings 12kg
- 400m run
Great effort by Corny smashing it out in 15:54!!!! Ecspecially as it was your first time on a kettlebell :-)
