Establish your 1 rep max Clean in 12 minutes, rest 3 minutes then complete;
  • 10 cleans @ 60% of your 1 rep max
  • 200m run
  • 50 chest to deck push ups
  • 8 cleans
  • 200m run
  • 40 chest to deck push ups
  • 6 cleans
  • 200m run
  • 30 chest to deck push ups
  • 4 cleans
  • 200m run
  • 20 chest to deck push ups
  • 2 cleans
  • 200m run
  • 10 chest to deck push ups
Max squat clean 185lb, power clean 215lb, WOD = 13:02 @135lb squat clean
First time doing heavy cleans since dislocating my shoulder, I was 10lb off my PR so Im happy with that. I missed 2 cleans in the WOD due to rushing the movement, improvements required in the runs.
