After yesterdays tough double session I wasnt feeling great today and the lifting was tough!!

20 mins to hit a 1RM Snatch - 72.5kg (kept coming on my toes when I went higher)
20 mins to hit a 1RM Clean n Jerk - 110kg, didnt try any higher because this was a huge struggle
