  • 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk @ 95kg (missed 2nd jerk and 10th Hang Squat Clean)

Complete 100 Double Unders

Then 10-20-30 reps of:
  • Box Jump @ 30"
  • KB Swing @ 32kg
  • Burpees with a jump n touch 6" above your reach
