400m Splits/Cleans/20 min WOD

8 x 400m running intervals with 90 sec rest inbetween
1:09/ 1:07/ 1:11/ 1:10/ 1:11/1:11/ 1:14/1:07

rest 1 hour

With a 12 minute Clock perform 5 Power Cleans @ 85kg on first minute/15 Air squats on the second. No missed reps, felt strong.

With a 20 minute running clock perform:

  • 10 Pistols on even minute
  • 15 GHDs on the odd minute
