NANCY

5 rounds for the time:
  • 400m run
  • 15 Overhead squats @ 42kg/95lb
I got 12:47 as required, Im focusing on my weakness's right now and the OH squat is one of them.

My dad has first exposure to crossfit with a couplet of 5 Rounds for the time of 60 Single unders/15 Kettlebell swings @ 12kg - 07:23 as required.
