HERO WOD - Abbate

For the time:
  • Run 1 mile (8 x 200m shuttles)
  • 21 Clean and jerks @ 70kg/155lb
  • Run 800m (4 x 200m shuttles)
  • 21 Clean n jerks @ 70kg/155lb
  • Run 1 mile (8 x 200m shuttles)
I did this in 23:50, I found the clean n jerks pretty tough. Gaz Buxton told me they were'nt too bad!!!
