OH Squats
3 Rounds for time of:
10 OH Squats @ 60kg
50 Double unders
05:48 Rx'd, OH Squats were terrible, I need to start moving 60kg around alot better, I felt like I wasnt warmed up enough but thats no excuse
10 x 5 OH Squat @ 60kg rest as needed between sets, this was to prove to myself that I can do it!!
