20 Power Cleans @ 60kg
20 Wall balls @ 9kg/10 ft TGT
20 KB Swings @ 24kg
20 Ab mat Sit ups
20 Toes to bar
11:57 Rx'd, felt pretty sluggish and weak on this. rest day needed soon.
