Front squat @ 50kg
Power snatch @ 50kg
Overhead squat @ 50kg
08:02 as required
Rest 5 minutes
3 Rounds for the time of:
7 Thrusters @ 50kg
14 Pistols
21 Toes to bar
08:17 as required
Legs are still fried!!!!
