  • Deadlift 225lb/100kg
  • Handstand Push ups
07:12 as required, struggled on the set of 15 HSPU's. Then 5 minutes rest before 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
  • Pull ups
  • Toes to bar
06:22 as required.
