AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:
  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 15 Air squats
I managed 28 rounds + 27 reps, 3 reps short of 29 rounds!!!

Heavy back squats this PM possibly.....
