400m runs/box jumps/T2B/CLUSTERS- Strength

5 Rounds for time of:
  • 400m Run
  • 12 Toes to bar
  • 9 Box jumps @ 30"
  • 6 Clusters @ 60kg
16:55 RXD, Very windy day but it made it more of a challenge!!!

Push press and Jerk tekkers working upto 110kg
