400m runs, box jumps, hang power cleans- MU AMRAP

  • Run 400m
  • 15 Hang power cleans @ 60kg
  • 15 Box jumps @ 24"
09:53 Rx'd wearing a 10kg weighted vest

Rest 30 minutes

3 sets of AMRAP Muscle ups, roughly 5 minutes rest in between.
