MU's/400m run AMRAP
20 Minutes AMRAP of:
Run 400m
7 Muscle ups (games standard)
6 Rounds + 400m run + 3 Muscle ups
I wanted 7 rounds but hit pure fatigue, first set of MU's unbroken, then down to sets of 5 + 2.
