past few days

1 Hang Clean + Split Jerk upto 112.5kg (PB)

Snatch x 2 upto 75kg
Snatch x 1 upto 82.5kg (PB)

30 Muscle ups for time - 04:13 (PB)

Team Training for DWF

Highlights for me was a new 2RM PB Front Squat  - 132.5kg

1 Push JERK + 1 Split Jerk upto 115kg (PB Push Jerk)

Split Jerk x 1 upto 125kg (PB)

Barbell Complex

Using one bar, change the plates


  • 1 Squat Clean
  • 3 Front Squats
  • 3 STOH
60kg-60kg-70kg-70kg-80kg-80kg-90kg-90kg-80kg-80kg-70kg-70kg-60kg-60kg

11:43 Rxd, missed the 3rd STOH @ 90kg and 3rd STOH @ 80kg on the way back down!!
