  • 15 Wall Balls @ 9kg
in remaining time AMRAP Cindy - 5 Pull ups, 10 Press ups, 15 Air Squats

9 Rounds + 21 reps

Snatch, rest as needed between sets

2 x 2 @ 57.5kg
2 x 2 @ 65kg
2 x 1 @ 72.5kg
2 x 1 @ 77.5kg

Happy with that after this mornings WOD
