Back Squats 5 x 3/ Snatches/METCON

Back Squat x 3 - 100kg,120kg,130kg,140kg,150kg

Snatch x 1 50kg,60kg,65kg,70kg,75kg,80kg, 85kg (Failed)

Snatch for volume touch n go

  • 42.5kg stop at 15 reps (15)
  • 50kg stop at 10 reps (10)
  • 60kg stop at 7 reps (7)
rest 3 mins inbetween sets, all sets comfortable

10 min Handstand walk practice

3 Rounds for time:
  • 45 Pull ups
  • 30 Box Jumps @ 24"
  • 15 OH Squats @ 50kg (unbroken)
