Back Squat 5x5 @ 110kg,120kg,130kg,140kg,150kg (for 2 reps, legs were real tired)

Lacee Kovacs ladder - 10 min Ladder

1 Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk upto 105kg, failed Push Jerk on 110kg (PB Power Clean)
