Crossfit Hells Kitchen NYC

HERO WOD "MOORE"

20 minute AMRAP:
  • 15 foot rope climb
  • 400m run
  • Max handstand push ups
I managed 8 rounds + 100m run, and finished with a total of 60 Handstand push ups

Awesome to get back on a climbing rope again after a good 6 months. CROSSFIT NYC, "the black box" tomorrow
