work upto a heavy 3 rep max front squat - 130kg

5 Rounds for time:

  • 3 Barbell Complex @ 90kg - Deadlift, Hang Clean, Push Jerk, Front Squat, Split Jerk
  • 3 Bar complex - 1 Bar Muscle ups, 2 C2B Pull ups, 3 T2B
  • Row 300m
If you break a complex then re-start. 29:07 Rxd
