Front Squats/ METCON

Work upto a heavy Front Squat single - 80kg - 100kg -120kg- 130kg
Sets of 10 HSPUs in between reps

5 Rounds for time:

  • 5 Squat Clean Thrusters @ 80kg
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 GHDs
  • Row 300m
