Outlaw 7/metcon/ team training.

Take 10 mins to hit a 1RM Front squat - 135kg PB

Every 30 seconds for 4 mins perform
- 1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch @ 60kg, no misses

Every 45 seconds for 6 mins perform
- 1 power clean, 1 hang squat clean, 1 push press @ 90kg, no misses.

6 rounds for time:
-10 power snatch 40kg
-10 wall balls 10kg
-10 over bar burpees
-10 ab mat sit ups

Evening team training for DWF, 

Highlights were 3 x 20 unbroken OH squats 50kg, roughly 3 min rest inbetween

1 RM THRUSTER 97.5kg PB
