First time using blocks, bar above knee.

Snatch upto 60kg
Clean upto 85kg

HSPU & KB Snatch work, happy to use my left arm.

10-8-6-4-2 reps:

- Ring MU
-OH Squat 50kg

07:31, MUs were tough.
