5 Rounds for time:

  • 15 Thrusters @ 42.5kg
  • 15 Toes to Bar

Power Snatch and Squat Snatch upto 60kg (heaviest since surgery)

On minute every minute
  • 5 Power Snatch @ 40kg for 5 mins (touch n go)
  • 5 Power Snatch @ 50kg for 5 mins (touch n go)
  • 5 Power Snatch @ 55kg for 5 mins (touch n go)
  • 5 Power Snatch @ 60kg for 5 mins (touch n go for 3 reps then 2 singles)
