For time:
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 25 Push Press @ 50kg
  • 50 Sit ups
  • 25 Front Squats @ 50kg
  • 50 Calorie row
  • 25 Deadlifts @ 80kg
  • 50 Double Unders
Then 5 Rounds of
  • 5 KB Swings @ 24kg
  • 5 Burpees
