AMRAP 20 minutes
  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Press ups
  • 15 Air Squats
31 + 10 PB!!!

Squat Snatch

5 @ 50kg
5 @ 60kg
3 @ 65kg
1 @ 70kg
1 @ 75kg

Didnt try any higher as my last one was a real struggle!!
