- 50 Jumping pull ups
- 50 Kettlebell swings (16kg)
- 50 walking lunges
- 50 knees to elbow
- 50 Push press
- 50 Back extensions
- 50 Wall ball shots (14lb ball, 12 ft target)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double unders
Additional WOD
For the time:
- 25 Air squats ( hip crease below knee crease)
- 25 sit ups
- 25 push ups (on your knees if you have to)
- 25 tuck jumps ( knees as high as you can)
- 25 walking lunges
- 50 Burpees :-)
