AMRAP 7 minutes of Burpees= 138 reps

rest 10 mins

Back Squat with Safety Squat Bar

5-100kg
5-120kg
5-125kg
2-130kg

rest 5 mins

Power Cleans x 1= 60kg,80kg,90kg,100kg,105kg,107.5kg, 110kg (F)

Team WOD 20 min AMRAP

One partner runs 200m whilst the other AMRAPs
  • 4 Power Cleans 60kg
  • 8 Over Bar Broad Jumps
  • 12 Sit ups
