Front Squats/ METCON
Work upto a heavy Front Squat single - 80kg - 100kg -120kg- 130kg
Sets of 10 HSPUs in between reps
5 Rounds for time:
5 Squat Clean Thrusters @ 80kg
10 Burpees
10 GHDs
Row 300m
