Past few days

Friday 27th

8 x 400m sprints with 90 secs rest inbetween

1:11-1:07-1:13-1:11-1:15-1:10-1:18-1:08

Push Press and Push Jerk upto 90kg, comfortable but happy to leave it there for now

Sat 28th

Front Squat singles upto 130kg
Full Cleans upto 120kg (PB)
