Work upto a heavy Front Squat - 130kg

Hang Cleans upto 100kg
Full Cleans upto 116kg PB

rest 5 mins

25-20-15-10-5 reps for time:

  • Push Press @ 42.5kg
  • Toes thru rings
06:26 Rxd, first time on Push press's in a WOD since surgery, all ok.
