  • 7 Front Squats @ Bodyweight 75kg
  • 14 GHDs
  • 21 Double Unders
rest 2 hours

20 Minute AMRAP
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 200m Run
  • 10 Burpees
11 Rounds + 190m Run
